Auto leveling

I have heard that you should level with the slides out and have heard to level with slides in. How do you all level your fifth wheels and trailers and have you had any problems with leveling with them out.

Unless it's an absolute emergency, my rig doesn't move (up, down, back, forward) if the slides are extended.

Level first, slides second.

Thanks for the answers, the dealer said to put the slides out first then I started reading about it and read different things so I wanted to know what everyone else is doing.
