Most trailers I looked at when I bought mine RVW was at least $3k cheaper including the cost of shipping.

I stumbled upon mine local at a dealer that was combining 3 locations into 1 and blowing out mine cheaper than RVW by about $3k. Don't think I could get the same deal now lol

It doesn't matter who was driving. It doesn't matter who you bought from. It doesn't matter how much you paid. Sh#t happens.

What counts is the responsible party (in this case RVW) stepping up to the plate, which they did. End of story.

I say "End of story" because this is only a "story" to tell around the campfire to me. It's not an "issue."

After reading every post on this thread, I think this thread's title is inappropriate.

I agree; the real issue is being aware of damage caused by delivery drivers and reporting it promptly to the shipper.

With the OP's permission I would like to change the title to "Beware of Delivery Drivers"

This could have happened to any shipper.
RVW should be commended for standing behind their product and driver.

What say you WindJammer?
