Black water tank issues.

Hi my black water tank was reading two thirds full and my grey was full. When I attempted to empty my black water nothing comes out. Grey flushes fine but black seems clogged. I feel as if it has to be somewhere between the tank and the outlet to sewer hose. What's a cost effective way to solve this? And is it a clog or something else?

By a flush elbow and back flush the outlet with water.

Get a mirror on an extension, shut off all water, open the commode and shine a flashlight down on the mirror while it is down the hole and have a look around. You might have a tank cutout left in the tank that is blocking the outlet. If so, you are going to have to drop the underbelly cover and remove the slide valve and get the obstruction out.
Needless to say, wear protective everything.

I would not trust the level gauge lights. Suggest buy a disposable yardstick. Chalk up last 18". With flush water off "dip" the tank via the toilet and get true level. When stick hits bottom the chalk will tell true depth of liquid in tank. Your problem may be valve stem pulls out of valve disc. Maybe someone can re-secure it for one operation

Did you put much toilet paper down the toilet? We don't put any in ours, just to be safe.
