Black waterholding tank drain valve
My drain valve handle came right out prior to that my black water tank was not draining and I feel that the drain valve was not opening even though the valve handle was out I even ran a snake through the commode and nothing moved

You can get a replacement drain valve from you RV dealer. It's not expensive at all...

Changing a black water holding valve with a partially full black water tank will
be an "interesting" project to say the least!!

Buy yourself a submersible pump and empty the contents to a nearby head or reception front yard clean out. Once you unbolt that valve, there is no turning back!

You can call the local portable tolit vendor and they will pump out the tank for you.

This could actually be an easy fix. Did the T handle and cable pull out? If so either the cable broke or the cable came out of the set screw on the valve. I would remove the under belly cover and find the black water tank (it has a 3" valve, the other tanks are 1 1/2"). It will be obvious if the cable has pulled out of the set screw.
