Cable TV issues

Good afternoon everyone. We are on our first extended trip and have been it two KOA campgrounds and my cable Television is very fuzzy. They both told me to shut off a switch but I can not find any sort of switch. Any one know where it is hidden? I have a 2017 Sandpiper 371 rebh.

There should be a 12 volt outlet behind the TV with a light and push button on it.

If it's wired for a 2nd or 3rd tv, check there also. They hide them well sometimes.

Thanks. I found it. It is above and behind the TV in Master Bedroom. I can't get to it but wife can. Very poor choice of location.

If you are using the park cable make sure the light on the switch is out, if you are using your antenna make sure it is on. That is your antenna amplifier
