Why not? They both go to the same place. In my thirty-some years of plumbing, I have installed thousands of sewers and I can tell you, without a doubt, it makes no difference which clean out you dump into.

If you're really that concerned about capacity and chemicals then buy extra hose and use the neighbors clean out. They can't be home all of the time!!😀😀
