Check your ac holding screws!!!!!!!!

After reading several treads about air conditioners leaking inside the trailers I decided to check our Rockwood mini lite 2011 to see if all was okay. We never used our ac and never had a leakage from our ac. After I removed the filter cover I could not believe my eyes. One long holding screw was totally unscrewed and holding by a few treads sitting on the plastic frame that hold the filter. I have no idea if this screw was forgotten at the factory or it has uncrewed by itself which I dought becaused we have used this trailer only twice since new. I was a bit schocked about this even if I never experienced a leak from our ac.
