Our hitch was a Reese 16K slider and the hitch creaked and moaned on every turn and when we would stop it would wind up and make a bang when we would pull away. Very noticable coming off an off ramp. New truck and a new B&W and wow what a differnce. Quiet as a church mouse with no wind up at stopping. We do use a lube plate on ours as we did with the Reese.

Buy a high-quality hitch that is over rated for your needs and you'll only buy it once.
