One guy at my work had one for a few years, let the roof go south.
Water got in the back right corner and rotted the wood studs and floor.
So I suggest you look at the roof and then check the floor in back for soft spots and then do the same with the front.
Look at the roof for missing or loose caulking.
Look under it for water damage.
Give it the ol'sniff test, is it musty or dank smelling?
Look at the caulk under/over/around the windows and the door.
