Fifth wheel rail brackets

I need to know if you can swap the brackets on the rear rail of my universal rail mount? The angle bracket is mounted on the front side of the rail and I want to put it on the back side and need to know if there is an issue with it?? Any input/advice is appreciated.

Sorry, but have no idea what rails you're refering to. Do you have any pictures?

If you're refering to the bed rails inside the bed of the truck, they are identical.

It's a set of universal rails...I need to swap the angle bracket from the front side of the rear rail to the back side of it. I don't have pic right now I'll try and get one in am.

Trying to do this so I can mount a set of Air Lift helper springs under to level out truck with trailer on.

So I'm clear, you're talking about the mounting brackets that attach the rails to the frame of the truck. There one bracket mount and one 'bolt thru the bed' on each end of the rail. It doesn't matter which of the 2 holes is bracket or bolt thru...usually it's determined by space available on the frame. You can switch if you want and as long as you have no interference.
