I have been looking at the Flagstaff 23 lb and the Rockwood 2306, they are basically the same except the Rockwood has triple bunks, all the specs are the same, is it just the name that is different or is there a difference in quality ?

Same everything, except different fabric choices; and the 3rd bunk is the standard in both, the option is a storage compartment with outside access, where the bottom bunk is/was. (price for it is around 200$ give or take....)

yep, as Lazby says, the triple bunk is in both brands. the only other difference is outside graphics.

they are both built on the same assembly line. twin sisters with different lipstick!
