Help With dump valves... I'm a Newb!

I was recently given a 2006 Cedar Creek 37RDQS after being homeless. I am set up and have discovered that there are no valves (that I can find) to dump the holding tanks. Where are they and have they ever been electric switches?

I'm not an expert on all campers, but generally the dump valves are located outside, on the driver side, typically kind of close to the tires (can be in front or behind), and close to where the sewer hose connects to the camper. I do know that some times they put the valve handles up under the camper, but shouldn't have to crawl to get to them, or they may actually be inside a compartment. I feel that a few minutes of looking around and under the camper and you should be able to locate them.

Does your 37RDQS have a side door storage area "command center" that includes fresh water fill, city water hookup, water valves, and/or coax connections? The tank dump valve handles on my Wildcat are in there... can't be seen from the outside.
