Funny, I've seen those "tiny home" shows, too, and all I can think of is why would they build these things when a good quality TT would be the same cost and, with a slideout, much roomier. You'd just need a floor plan that has a washer and dryer hookup.

I agree! Plus campers are easier to move.

My wife says the same thing every time they are looking at one built on a trailer frame. The site built Tiny homes I get. Not the mobile ones.

Having just ordered a nine hundred foot fifth wheel camper, that weighs more than the Queen Mary, I am at a loss to understand why anyone would choose 'tiny' in their living arrangements.
Heck fire, not only did I order a behemoth trailer, buy a ginormous truck, but I own two houses just to store the stuff left me when people died and I got stuck with their crap (including one of the run down houses!)!
In the drivethrough window of Life, I've supersized it!!!

Same here: The site ones with a real roof, real doors, thermos windows, etc. I get.
Mobile, just get a nice camper.

My husband and I saw this show for the first time. I had to laugh at him as after watching about 3 episodes he was so irritated with them as every time they walked into one they would exclaim that is was to small or there is no closet space.
I wondered why they just didn't get a camper.
