Leaving the Toronto RV show yesterday we saw 8 new Fitth Wheels being towed eastward on the 401. A couple Cedar Creeks, a Coachman, a Toy hauler and some other animal brands named Cougar i think. All with the white signs on the side of the truck.

I have seen the smaller TT and popups on flat bed trailers and a bunch of the larger ones towed by independent contractors with there PU's.

Only trailers I have seen towed tandem is stock trailers.

Last Sept I drove from Ohio to Oregon. I travel at 60 - 62 in my Class-C.

I NEVER passed a new RV trailer being towed to a dealer but I was passed many many times by delivery drivers that were clearly exceeding the 65 mph limit of the ST type tires that were probably on the trailers.

I write a blog on RV tire application and safety.
Also give seminars on tires at RV events across the US. 40 years experience as tire design & quality engineer for major tire mfg. Freelander 23QB on Chevy chassis is my RV
