Bought a 2012 Roo 19 in March 2012. NO problems summer of 2012. Summer of 2013, had the water heater bypass valve fail to close first time out. That's the only problem we've had in 2 seasons. (Knock on wood!)

The worst was a 2008 Quantum which we kept for 10 months.
2008 Royals International by Carriage was "okay", glad it's gone now.
2014 Trilogy (5 weeks old, custom ordered), surprisingly good so far, I hope I didn't jinx myself.

We will have had ours 3 years in September. The first year we had a leak in the vent fan in the bathroom. Took it to the dealer and they fixed it right up. Other than that no issues other than the ones that were the result of our inexperience with anything RV related so we are very happy so far. Although sitting at the campsite over Memorial weekend I noticed cracks in the sidewall of one of the tires so that may be my next whine. :-/

2014 Columbus 320 RS. Used it for 11 months, nothing I could not easily tweak. No major problems.

Guess I didn't knock hard enough. Dewinterized this weekend. When I went to swap the HW heater valves, the handle of the cold water valve was missing! (Also realized that what I said above was incorrect - it was the hot water valve I had to replace last year.) Anyway, I went to the local RV dealer and got some plastic valves. He only had two, so I replaced the bad cold water valve and the so-far-OK bypass valve. I'll get another later this week when the dealer gets some more in stock so if the hot water valve decides to crap out, I'll be prepared. See pic of lousy valves below.

RockfordRoo, I had the hot water valve replaced today under warranty by the dealer & they used a brass valve. Didn't see how they did it so what is involved with changing the valve as I would like to have a spare in case it happens again?

I was almost too scared to even open this thread. I can't say I read all the posts and can't believe there are 9 pages of posts.

Still, I ain't saying nuthin'! Don't want anything bad to happen.
Good luck to everybody with their rig!

Like almost anything that expensive, big and lots of systems, something is bound to be wrong.

Yes, I too had issues when I bought new.
