How to turn off the Black

Can someone tell me how to turn the black on the webpage back to white for a background?? PLEASE the black and green are hard on the eyes.

Looks like the area to change views is missing. I will contact Mike.

The option is now back. Scroll down to the bottom left of any screen and you will see the box that is listed as green on your computer. Click on the arrow to the right and choose default and you will get your light screens back.
