I want one....
This is at Nocalula Falls Campground just a few sites down. I think it's a little over kill for his Carriage Lite fifth wheel though. Would be nice to have driving through the mountains but a PIA for daily commuting.

Have seen plenty custom rv haulers built out of retired fleet trucks for WAY less than a new one ton. Some may have 500k miles, but that's nothing for that truck. I got the pleasure of touring one of Greg's builds (RV Haulers in Canada) while we were in New Orleans a while back. Really nice Volvo with rear lounge, fridge, upper bunk etc, smart car bed with the remote winch for loading, air ride everything and on the list went. Think the buyer had around $80k in it.
I did manage to get a "maybe" out of my wife.

Nice rig!
On another note, are you still at the falls? What is the weather outlook for the next few days?
Also, how's the flow over the falls? When we hosted BamaGanza in October, someone had turned off the water to the falls

It's been raining all night and still raining. I took the picture around 7:00 this morning. It should clear out tonight or tomorrow morning and get cold. Still relaxing and enjoying not being at work though.

I have a couple 2002 Peterbilt trucks in our fleet with over 1.7 million miles each. Still original engines and transmissions in both.

Cost efficient (purchase) and cool! Any idea of fuel mileage when not towing a loaded 50ft box trailer?
