Jensen AWM968 BluRay alternative

We currently have the AWM968 in our Surveyor, I can't seem to find an alternative that has BluRay. Anyone changed their unit out? I have a little player I bring along and hook up through HDMI so it's not a big deal but a small annoyance. Seems like most of our kid movies are blu ray.

Buddy, I'm in the same boat and posted a thread recently lamenting the woeful lack of options. The best I could come up with is bringing along a home BluRay player if you can surmise a way to tie the audio into your existing deck via the Aux jack. Not elegant but there are no good options.

I was afraid of that, that is basically what we've been doing. I was just hoping for a lazy way to get it all set up. Just adds one more thing to set up and take down for trips. With young kids it sure helps to have the movies on hand in weather or down time. Thanks for your reply.

I have Battleship on Blue Ray and watched it on it. Very strange.

To be honest I have not put a blu ray disc in, maybe I'll try it this weekend. Thanks

That's why I buy the movie "combo" sets. The bluray disc stays at home the DVD disc goes in the camper and the digital download on the laptop. I get all 3 for about $5.00 more that bluray alone.

Eh, only one blu ray works on it, the other 3 we tried did not. Guess I'll continue to bring the blu ray player along for when needed.

I just put in an external blu-ray player as well. Also reversed wiring from tv so that sound output from tv goes through speakers..
