Sounds like a lot of fun for everyone. We are staying at Round Lake Christian Assembly, they open it up for Memorial Day, and Labor Day weekends for family camp. We have made a tradition of staying there for years now.

I think that I stayed here with my family back in 1975 when we did a Rocky Mountain month long camping trip. Or maybe in 1996 when hubby and I went to Yellowstone and other points west. Have a great trip!

Labor Day Camping

As we live 20 miles from the coast in Washington State, we will be heading toward Paradise resort located by Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Rainer. It is a TTN/Leisure Time Resort. We will be leaving this Tuesday the 30th.. Should be nice to get away for a week. Now if I could just get out of cooking!!! Have a great time everyone, what ever you are doing..

We will be staying in the Santa Fe mountains. Trying our hands in a state park spot that is dry. We have our generators ready and plenty of water bottles and the blue boy as well. The temps are expected to be upper 70s and lows in the upper 40s. We are looking forward to it.

We are getting fired up! We are leaving next Wednesday for Lake Oconne near Greensboro, GA. We are staying at Old Salem Park. Since the weather will be cooling off soon, we will be planning several trips in the near future. We are looking at Banning Mills. We want to do their zip line tour and camp! Has anyone else camped there yet? Thanks!

We're leaving the Texas hill country the morning of the 3rd for 2 nights in Roswell, NM. Then on the 5th it's up to Almont, CO (One Mile Campground) for 5 nights and then back to New Mexico (Carlsbad) for another 2 nights before heading back home... and work...

I am hoping the mountains in Colorado are cooler than what we have in Texas right now!

We're heading to Blue Mesa Rec Ranch near Gunnison, Colo. We will get a few day hikes in and lots of R&R. We're also going to try out our new Iroda O-Grill. Everyone be safe and have a fun Holiday.

Camping was cancelled due to the fact that my husband was laid off last Wednesday. Bummer. But the wine was still open by 7pm.

Anyone looking to hire a hard working guy, with a camper to pay for?

To all the folks camping in Georgia, especially around Atlanta. I hope all are safe since Hurricane Lee came through the area bringing storms with it.
