I have a 5er that is about 1” high when hooked up. Can i lower rear jacks when hooked up and level in my drive way so i can extend a slide to load for our trips? Thanks

1" off level in either direction is level enough for anything you want to do. If you feel you need your levelers down to extend slides, just snug them to the ground, no need to lift anything.
Personally, especially when towing and stopped temporarily at a truck stop (and on level surface), and need to get into an area blocked by the slides being in, we just extend them without any levelers down. Always have. Our RV is 1" nose high also.

Perhaps I am doing it wrong but I extend my slides all the time when hooked up for loading or like NMWildcat said stopping truck stop or rest area to eat extend the slides no problem.
