Miles Per Gallon - Your Results

While staring at the road while on a long trip towing my 5er, I got to thinking about whether I get good miles per gallon on my truck. So, I thought this thread would be a good place to ask the question "What is considered "good" mileage?"
To do that, I created this little form (see below). Would some of you please fill it out for the benefit of all of us? That way we can compare how we are doing in our towing efficiencies. Best way to do that would be to copy the block below in your reply and insert your own relevant information. I will insert my own information after this blank template. Please give as much info as you know.
Thanks in advance!

I have found that slower = better fuel mileage. Wind drag has a HUGH effect for me.

Interesting that you have a Smarty installed. I forgot to mention that I also have one on my truck, and mine is also set at level 3. That extra 100 HP is noticeable.

I thought RV'n was supposed to be fun, this seems like too much stuff to worry about. When towing and fill up, check the mileage either with pencil and paper or look at the dash read out and see about 9 mpg, I am pleased.

I agree. I get about 11-13 mpg towing but this include hitting some heavy traffic. Likely would be somewhat better is towing long distance on an open road without encountering heavy traffic.

VERY noticeable difference. I set my back to a stock tune to take it to the dealer for the airbag recall. It drove like a different truck

Is your truck automatic or manual?
