Rubber roof abt 10yrs. Tires abt every 3 (whether they need it or not). Had to redo seams on end caps at 4...more preventive than any thing else. Battery abt every. 2. Brakes at 8. Roof vents and crank up covers every 3...the sun makes them brittle.

Biggest expense is going to camping store (as stated above) and buying all those little odds and ends to make life easier.

My trailer is new so no repair or maint. costs yet. I would guess my monthly cost of just having the trailer is about $105 plus tags.
  • Storage - $71 per month
  • Insurance - $25 - $30 more per month
  • AAA coverage - ? maybe $30-40 more per year for trailer & upgraded auto coverage
  • Tags - no idea yet (I live in CA so I'm afraid)
  • TT payment - none
  • Camping World - unlimited

New Lacrosse 303 RKS (35 feet long, 7100 lbs)

Storage - $55 per month
Insurance - $188 per year ($500 deductable)
Tags - $180 per 2 years (goes by weight)
TT - $290 per month (second new one in 2 years)
Affinity Road Service (Good Sam) - $100 per year (covers all vehicles in the family)
Affinity Warranty (Good Sam) - $55 per month (in case the truck blows up)
Fuel - Just remortgaged the house

There are more but, that's our style of RV'ing.....for now (resort membership & fees etc. & Coast to Coast membership).

It may sound like a lot but, we enjoy the peace of mind the "extra" coversge gives us.
