New 2604 Hitch?

We brought home our new 2016 2604 yesterday! I took the PDI checklist that I found through this forum. It was excellent. The RV tec. at our dealer was wonderful and went over everything in detail. We are now ready for some driveway camping (just finished expanding our driveway yesterday). Our first trip will be to the FROG RENDEZVOUS at Ferris Provincial Park in Ontario. We upgraded our hitch to a BLUE OX SWAYPRO BXW0750 (750# max. Tongue weight). My husband towed the trailer home no problem, but we were wondering if we should order the BXW1000. The dealer thought it might be a good idea but he wasn't sure either. He suggested that we go weigh it, but of course we have nothing in it yet. Wonder what you experts think?
