My local dealer has one, its the floor plan with fr din, and rear sofa. There are 6 floor plans ava there goin to call me when they get the floor plan we want in. By chance there getting all floor plans in at the end of Dec. This is by far the best retro/little camper me and my wife have steped foot in. High celings and plenty of space. On top of it, it has a one piece fiberglass roof and aluminum walls. Were deff interested in purchasing one. Were gonna get the floor plan with rear queen bed. Ill post pics of it as soon as we get it, Lord willing. If you havnt seen one in person and are looking into buying a small camper I highly recomend these,
By the way this is my first post and hope to see more owners of the R-Pods in the near future, thanks I never knew this forum existed.

Neat little unit and a good variety of floor plans. I would say it was perfect for a couple and that it would be easy to park at a suburban home and maybe at some apartment complexes. One thing that I would consider a fault is the lack of a standard awning. The screen room is nice but would require some time to set up and might not work all that well on a site that is off level fore and aft. Note also the problem with getting it down and stowed in a hurry if a sudden thunderstorm should threaten, like at the beach or in the mountains. Other than that... Also, it looks to me that there is plenty of room for owner customization.

I talked to the guy at RV Nation today. They have 3 in stock and more on order. He told me they had 5 calls today alone.

Their web site has some great photos of the awning http://www.couchsrvnation.com/fifth_wheels-p296-r-pod.asp but it is an extra $500.

The one on ebay is priced with the awning included. This might be a hot seller for forest river. The last thing the guy told me is they are working with forest river and a local graphics guy to wrap one in camo for hunters and fishermen ...they hope to have a photo up soon..that would be somethign to see.
