New TV..help with 'hitch'

Help. I need a crash course in setting up ball/hitch/tongue for new tv I just bought. Towing TT. What height should ball be at? What about weight distribution bars?

What TV?
What TT?
What WDH?
What's the tongue weight?

All of these have to be answered to help us answer.

The OP's profile shows a 2017 Vibe and a F150 but no other info on model or WDH or truck specs.

Too many questions with no info.
