I've got to get a small hasp latch and pad lock for the underside of the queen size bed. Its only to slow down those who may only be looking to get something fast in a parking lot or campground.

I changed all my locks for about $35 a few years ago after a few of my fishing poles and some tackle boxes came up missing after being stored for about a week. I went to the local locksmith/hardware store with one of the old locks and bought 5 brass locks all keyed the same for every outside storage area on the trailer. I even replaced the little 'wing-thumb' latch and put in a lock on two of the storage areas. All it will do is keep the honest people honest, but if they REALLY want in to my TT it wouldn't be too difficult.

This was one of the first things I did. I replaced the CH571 generic locks with combi locks. Since I have a toyhauler the back door and front door had different locks, I rekeyed them to same lock. Now im down to only 3 keys, didnt like the janitor key ring before

hickory Locks

I got some hickory Locks cheep from Home Depot/Lowes (about $5 each) and double locked them on my old TT. I searched them until I found 2 the same. Now I have a Tracer and they are keyed different.
