Park Model-Cherokee vs Sandpiper

I'm looking at purchasing a 39' park model that will be left year-round at a campground.

I've seen two of interest...one a Sandpiper and one a Cherokee.

Is one brand name more "upscale" as far as pricing, quality of construction, and amenities than the other, kinda like Ford - Mercury - Lincoln?

I like what I've seen of Forest River products so far, but I'm not too familiar with the different product lines.

Any thoughts?

both forest river brands, the cherokee is a better buy for the money, theres a cherokee park on ebay right now at 15k, might check it out.
