Parkit360 trailer dolly; anybody got one?

I am seriously considering buying a Parkit360 trailer dolly so I can confidently and relatively easily store my Puma tandem axle trailer in my back yard. My storage facility announced another major jump in price, so I bailed. I have room and the necessary permit to keep my trailer in the back yard. But, it would help if I didn't have to use my tow vehicle (Ram pickup) to navigate it back there. So, I am looking seriously at this trailer dolly. I am looking at the Force 10K B3 model with its 10,000 lb. GVWR and 900 lb. tongue rating. My trailer is about 8,000 lbs. loaded down, with a tongue weight of about 800 lbs. with full propane tanks. I have a slight incline on concrete at my driveway plus about 75 feet to traverse over the grass of my side lawn. My Florida soil is fairly sandy, but still reasonably firm with the sod base. The Force 10K B3 model has two 6.5 inch wide tires which is recommended for grass and gravel surfaces. Does anyone out there have any experience with this model dolly or any others for that matter? Would love to hear form you.
