Poorly made window Drains

I found water today on a shelf at the entertainment center.

I was in a panic since my built in computer ($$$) is right under that window. No damage fortunately.

There is a small window right above it.
I discovered the drains at the bottom are just pressed in slots (2). That window did not get a good pressing and the slots are VERY small off center hits. Fungus had grown in the grime and plugged the poorly made drains. I cleaned them with a pocket knife, but I plan on opening them up as soon as the rain stops. I am also checking all the other windows as well.

Those "drains" have always been a problem, as far back as I can remember.

We had water in our unit on one of the side stands twice this summer when we had monster storms. Figured it was the drains as well. Have to get a look at them too I guess. But the trailer is only a year old but with these things anything is possible.
