Simple thing first, are both valves on the tanks open so the auto changeover can occur if one cylinder did run out of fuel.

Both tanks are full and valve at regulator is parked to the tank that is with the regulator.

Any camping will do. :-)

Have you tried turning off the gas and opening the valve slowly?

What did you do with propane system just prior to your issue? Change tank, fill tank, just turned on for first time. What is outside temp?

Try this again. Turn off both tanks. Then turn on the stove for a minute. Move the switchover valve to the other tank. Turn off the stove. Very ,very slowly turn back on the active tank only (the one that the switchover is activated for).

Check to see if the propane tank line is pinched behind tank. This may have occurred while installing tank.
