Update on RvPartsCountry.com

Long story short I did not purchase from them due to the fact we still had issues with refund and overall communications.

I wound up turning them in to the BBB in their home state. They responded to my complaint and I had the opportunity to respond to that. This was the first time for me to ever contact a BBB so I wasn't sure of what to expect.

I was asked of my expectations from the complaint. I of course wanted my refund and I also said I hoped other customers did not have to deal with the troubles I had faced.

I felt the main problem was lack of customer service and communications with the customer (pretty much one and the same). The BBB closed the complaint when I received my refund so I wasn't sure if my perseverance paid off any more than me just getting my money.

I am still on a newsletter list from them and I received this a couple days ago:

We are very excited to let you know that our customer service has advanced to serve you quicker. Please visit our support center by clicking on Customer Service at the Top of our Website.

They did listen to me and made some changes to the way they conducted business. I pushed some by contacting the BBB, but the end result is they have a better process in place for contacting them with any thing besides a purchase.

I feel good about the process and knowing that if you feel strongly about something or feel that you where wronged...do something about it!

Thanks for listening and have a great weekend!

Ted

TedT, glad it all worked out for you and maybe from your issue they might change and improve their customer service.

I bought an air conditioner cover from them and they sent me a charcoal grille. They have a terrible return policy and you can only contact them via email. So imagine how it was trying to explain this mess over email and get the wrong part returned. It took a month and a letter to the better business people to get me a cover.I even called and was told the manager would call me back and never did.they suck i will never buy from them again!!
