We never had a problem with the OEM shower head falling out of the holder, but when we switched to the Oxygenics that many rave about, it started slipping out of the holder and we would often find out on the shower floor after travelling. I did switch the holder to the one supplied by Oxygenics when I installed the Oxygenics shower head...never found it to fit very well in there.

We replaced our shower head with the Oxygenics when we bought the unit 5 years ago. The shower head has never fallen out of its holder even on the roughest of dirt roads or potholed highways. Our shower is toward the front of the trailer where it is probably a little smoother riding I suppose. Guess we are just lucky

Mine has fallen out so I unscrew the head and put it in the sink with the other stuff that sits around the sink, with a towel to protect the sink finish until the next time it is used. The hose goes back in the holder and stays there.

Well I hate to be the only one that takes it down but our shower head bounced off the holder, hit the water lever and drained the entire tank onto our bathroom and bedroom floor. We never heard the water running because the bathroom is in the far rear of our rv. It was a hard lesson to learn. We now take it out of the holder, push in the on/off button to off, and lay it on the floor of the shower. Never had another problem after that.
Better safe than sorry.

X2. I use the rubber band method. Works great.

Mine fell once, since then I just lay it on the shower floor when moving.

That Velcro really scratches my tender skin, though.

Ours in our Roo with the bathroom in the rear of the camper with the Oxygenics shower head would bounce out of the holder. Now I just take it with the hose and all off the faucet in the shower and drain the hose by holding it up over the sink until empty. Then I put it away between the towels in the towel cabinet.

I have about a 2 inch piece of the waffle anti slip shelf liner that I wrap around the base of the handle before inserting it. It has never budged and is easy to insert and remove.
