slide gets stuck, light in fridge-Sabre Silhouette 330DDOK

We have a 2015 Sabre Silhouette 330DDOK & one of our slides occasionally gets stuck. It's on the door side and has the fridge in it. My husband suspects that the actual slide was cut too big for the hole. It binds up and we were told by the dealer this may happen with this one slide & not to stop mid-way when opening or closing it. My husband wants to know if there is a way to manually move the slide/is there a manual override in case it gets stuck in the out position when we're ready to leave. (We have already brought it back to the dealer for this and a bunch of other issues, but they weren't very helpful and it's a 4-hour drive). Left messages for FR and rep, Gary Grigsby-no luck yet. Getting worried about the extended warranty expiring. Any help would be appreciated.
Another topic-less serious...has anyone ever changed out the awful blue light in the fridge? It's blinding at night and I find it very difficult to even see what's in the fridge, especially in the bottom drawer.
Thanks in advance!

There are ways to put slide in/out manually but the process will vary depending on what type of slide mechanism your TT has.
