With all the posts on water heaters, cut electricity off to water heater when you cut off the water! I pull my slides in when tt is in storage mode, with jacks down. The mor contact to stabilize the unit the better IMHO!

I've been permanent for 5 years and never pull my slides in until we close up for the season in October. Same with all the other permanents in the CG.

We have the 2014 Sunseeker 2500TS and I always bring the slides in when the rig is sitting for a time. We have toppers but even with them it keeps out dirt, rodents and mainly protects the rubber seals from the weather and the elements. The sun will cook them nicely if exposed . I usually keep the seas lubed with baby powder. in and out and seems to work well and as a bonus it smells good.

I would bring the slides in if it were mine. Mainly for keeping insects and pests out, protecting the roof and seals, and in case there is any risk of sagging with your particular slide design. Those are not in any particular order or preference. I just wanted to share my reasoning for the recommendation.
