They are thinner then what is in a house. Not all walls are thick enough. That's how it is in mine. Went through one wall into a cabinet in the bathroom for enough depth.
Had to change the wall box also.

Some are but very few, most are thin press to gather units, that have No separate wall box! If your wall is thick enough change to household shallow box!Youroo! !

I bought a plug in adapter that just plugs on top of an outlet and provides two 120 volt outlets and two Uses. No rewiring required.

They are available everywhere.
I've seen them at Walmart, Lowe's, Home Depot, Menards, Ace and a Google search brought up more choices than I had time to browse.

I bought it locally, most likely Lowes or Wal-Mart. Similar item is on Amazon.

I use a Power Cube that has three 110/120V outlets and a two YSB ports in the cube. These were purchased from Lee Valley. com see attached link. They are also surge protected which to me was want I wanted.

I’ve looked for the same thing, I haven’t found anything narrow enough for my walls without really jamming it in, and it still may not fit comfortably. I have seen those add on plugs, which looks like a great option. I have usb all over my camper, but would be nice to have at each outlet as well.

I also want to change out a couple of outlets to outlets that can provide AC as well as USB connections to charge phones, tablets, etc. The GFI breaker/outlet in our MH bathroom is installed in a shallow wall and to make it fit there is white bezel and wall plate that enables the GFI to stick out from the wall one inch.

Wonder if this idea could be adopted for use for shallow outlets such as shown in this link https://www.easternmarine.com/single...h-spacer-13505
