thoughts on 2012 Tracer 230

Here we are in the market ( SHOULDN"T BE !!) but we saw a 2012 Tracer 230fbs on a dealers lot and fell in love !!! oh no.... Couple of questions... would love ANY feedback..

1. outdoor kitchen looks awesome.. anyone have one ? thoughts on it ?
2. outside, where we would normally place the picnic table, has the refer vent, water panel and hot water heater. Seems like a funny spot to put it ? is that a problem to anyone ? Ours are now on the back of our Sunline unit.

Best way to get price as LOW as we can !??! tips on getting best deal !?? IF we do go forward...
