Titan Flame Fireplace Beeps
Does anyone have this fireplace AND know how to shut off the beeps every time a button is pushed on the remote? It’s freaking out my dogs.

I googled it and saw several complaints. Cover the speaker, poke the speaker coil with needle, cut the wire(and hope it isn't series wired) or wait till someone smarter comes along.

Give them a treat every time it beeps, lol. Trade one problem for another.

The speaker is there to let you know the command from the remote has been received. The one on mine beeps whether using the remote or the buttons on the front panel. It should be a piezo speaker, if it's not soldered on the circuit board you should be able to cut a wire or unplug it. But it most likely is on the circuit board. If your good with a soldering iron you can unsolder it. If the fireplace does not work once you have it removed from the board, solder a jumper wire in it's place.

We have the same problem with our fireplace. Dogs don't like that sound do they?
I researched it and I think an option may be to squeeze some silicone into the piezo speaker. I may try that if covering it with tape doesn't work. I'd like to hear the beep, just not so loud.

Yeah, it IS pretty loud. One dog is ok, the other trembles...and he’s a 50lb cattle dog.

Titan Flame Fireplace Beeps
I finally got to this over the holiday. Tape alone didn’t make any difference. I was reluctant to put silicone in it due to its remote location.
However it was easy to get to so I may try it again when it is warmer.
Removal of the fireplace: slide up/remove trim panel to access/remove four screws and unplug. About 10 short screws to remove rear access panel.
Back cover removed, beeper on board at top left:
Beeper under red loop of wire:

Correct, it was a 3 prong plug.
It was not hardwired.

I did this today. It was pretty easy to get out. I misunderstood what you meant about the 3-prong. I thought you meant the piezo speaker wasn't hardwired.
Anyway, I didn't want to de-solder the speaker or try to break it off. Instead, I squeezed some silicone in it. I didn't have the generator with me, so I couldn't test it. I may go back tomorrow so the silicone can dry. I'll update the result if I do.

I went down today to finish winterizing the camper, so I took the generator to test out the fireplace.
Squeezing silicone into the hole made a noticeable difference. It was hard to get the silicone in the small hole though. Maybe if I had made the hole larger beforehand, I could have gotten more silicone in there. But it was much quieter.
If the dog still freaks, I'll re-attack it.
It's an easy fix.

When I did it, it silenced it quite a lot. But we went camping about 2 weeks ago and it was loud again. I guess after the silicone dried it lost its effect.
Dog still freaked, so I'll have to figure something else out.

I may drill it and fill with super glue or remove it.

Update. I removed the unit and unscrewed the 24 screws on the back panel(there really was 24 screws) and found the piezo. I slowly drilled the back of it until the back came off. There was a foil diaphragm that I pulled out. Plugged it in and tested. Silence! Ran it thru all systems and everything works as before. Success!

Sounds like a good idea. But I can't visualize what you're talking about. Are you saying you drilled through the circuit board side? Or through the backside of the speaker part, meaning the vertical side? Or, through the top where the small hole is?
Finally, what made the top come off?
If this is easy, I'll probably try it.
Thanks.

I drilled thru the top of the piezo (speaker) where the small hole was. I drilled slowly until the back just came off. Disassembly took 95% of time and effort. The heater unplugs from the wall behind the unit. Pretty easy.
