Without knowing actual weights and your trucks specs it's very hard to advise you one way or the other.
Here is what I went through with my set up. (see below)
Dry hitch weight is almost meaningless.
Mine was advertised at 868 lbs, actual is 1,100 to 1,200 depending on how we are loaded.
My hitch weighs 200 lbs.
Kids weigh 200 lbs
Wife weighs (?) not going there
By the time you add all of this together I am roughly 400+ lbs over my cargo capacity.
And, that's with no cargo in the bed of the truck.
While I am still under my Gross Axle Rating, I have over loaded my truck.
This is a common theme when towing a fiver with a 1/2 ton.
Maybe someone here with that same rig can chime in with some real pin weights.
My guess is that you will be over the cargo carrying capacity of your truck.
Check your capacities and do the math and see where you end up.
Does Nissan have a users forum? If so you might get some good info there also.
