TPMS don't leave home without it

Saved by my Tire Pressure Monitoring system today.. If you haven't got one......get one. Doesn't matter which one. Great Investment. Tire pressures running in the 50psi range and alarm went off as I'm rolling about 60mph on the highway. alarmed at 44 psi and dropped to 30's PSI before I could get stopped. I was able to get to the shoulder and get it changed. Without the TPMS.....well I'm sure it would have been BAD.

Found puncture and a a piece of wire in the shoulder of tread

Thanks to Virginia State Trooper Black who came by to keep traffic off me and assist with the change.

Used mine for the first time this weekend trip. The piece of mind knowing even a little about what's going on back there is so worth it.

I have the Hawks Head TPMS, it works great when it works. Periodically one of the sensors will stop transmitting. I have changed all of the batteries per the manufacturer . Any suggestions.

May I ask where your purchased your STS-507? I don't have a system now but I consider myself lucky to not have lost any tires with the new trailer. The other ones probably cost me enough in tires to have bought two systems.
