Vent covers on 8281SS

I have a Rockwood 8281SS and I am putting on Maxxair vent covers. My only concern is how well the one over the front bedroom will look and perform. The roof in the front slants down pretty good.

Does anyone have one over the front bedroom? How does it look?

With the roof angle do you get any rain in?

We have a FanMate on our front bedroom FantasticFan. It's hard to see in the pic but it is on a slight forward angle. Despite the angle we've never had a problem with rain getting in. I doubt the MaxxAir would give you a problem either unless it was a very strong wind driver rain from the right, or wrong, direction.

Where did you wire the fan in at? How did you hide the wires?

I didn't. FantasticFan was installed by dealer. I just put the cover on.

We didn't install a vent cover on ours because of concern it would be the close to the highest point on the roof and prone to damage.
