Installed new TV in living room. Installed wall mount and small TV in bedroom. Completely insulated main (rear) storage compartment with foam board and taped seams.

Yesterday, I reinstalled the rubber gasket that slides into a track that seals the top of the slideout to the exterior wall when retracted. The 2 rear slides had the gaskets almost slide all the way out while traveling. While stopped at a rest area and doing a walk around, I noticed the gaskets were just about to slide out of the tracks. Slid them back in, secured with a longer screw and a flat washer and gooped the mess out of it with clear rubber silicone. If it happens again, I'll use more screws.

+2 The problem with blowing lines only is unless you are very thorough, some water will settle in low spots in lines and elbows and can freeze.

And there is always someone who will argue for 45 minutes online that you are incorrect when they could have spent the extra 10 minutes adding the pink stuff instead.
Then they eventually come back and mention their cracked valve seat and how they now use the pink stuff...

It's $15-20 and takes an extra 15 minutes at most. To me it's worthwhile for the peace of mind.

What did you do to your camper today?

It was right about 3 3/4-gallons of antifreeze. It was actually less than I expected.
Today I spent a ridiculous amount of time carrying containers into the house full of clothes, bedding, food, Christmas gifts, you name it.
I also picked out a bunch of trip pictures from just my phone from our 2 1/2-weeks in Florida. Way too many photos, actually!

Things done today:
I installed a set of CW shocks today.
Took me all day as I pulled a couple of the break drums off while I had the tires off. What a mess! Grease was all over the brake shoes and everything else in the brake area. The grease they use is so thin it's no wonder it came out. The bearings were well lubed and bearings were adjusted as well. New double lip seals were ordered today. Think I'll pack the bearings with a heavier grease. By the way, I only have 200 miles on our 320RS. Would have never checked the brakes if it wasn't for all the great blogs. They really help us beginners.

Lippert will tell you themselves that the grease is light weight. It depends on the axles. Alco comes pre greased from them to them. They recommend at least 400 degree but said to try and find 500 when they changed all my hubs and breaks. I use Lukas Red. They also told me to be very careful and use a hand pump. They said my rear seals were still good but thought that they might be on the way out and replaced them as well. spent like a half hour with the service manager, that okayed my break and hub replacement.

I dragged mine 60 miles to my dealership to get [the final?] warranty items fixed.

The Unofficial TT group on FaceBook is all up in arms over the rule changes at TTO and new manager. Do you have any thoughts on all of it? If I recall correctly, you weren't a big fan of the old manager.

Haven't had any problems with him or whatever rule changes he's made. Gate is now manned from 8am to 7pm and it makes it nice. We are now in F66 and it's a relatively level site on top of the hill and we like it as it's on the west side of the road and in the sun all time. Deploy the sunscreen on the awning and the side panel on the back.

Sounds nice! We were up in F8 last. It was a decent spot, but I wasn't crazy about backing up to the gate house. It was a good ways off, though. Easy parking, so it was convenient since we were just there for a weekend.
My camper is now out in front of the house and is snow covered.

I shoveled 14 inches of snow off its roof this morning. I hate snow, lake effect even more.

Today I installed rollers on the back bumper and cleaned up scrap marks on the bumper from the drag job. I also put 2" foam under the mattress to keep the cold from coming up on those chilly nights

Emptied her out entirely. She gets picked up Monday for warranty work and pin box replacement.

Put a motion light across from the entry door high up on the kitchen cabinet so that I can now find the hidden switches FR put behind a door in their nice little switch panel. I guess those engineers can see in the dark or go home before it gets dark.

Wonder how many of them actually use an RV??? Or do they just sit behind a desk and look at floorplans . . .
