Finally moved the prodigy 3 from its shin blaster position to the pocket under the tow/haul button.

Hey Head gamze, good news from your weigh in. I bought the air lift 5000 ultimate for the F350. Should be great to go. Happy camping

We reloaded our Roo as it just came back from Camping World for FR warranty work and I must say I am pleased with their warranty work and quality of repairs. All set for first trip April 1-3 just have to check tire pressure and fill propane tanks.

Not TO my trailer, but FOR it - spoke to the neighbor, and trimmed the dead branches from his oak that overhung our street and ripped my roof twice.

They did the same idiotic engineering on my 2015 8280WS. The black water vent pipe runs right through the AC ducting, and they didn't seal it, so AC was coming out from vent. I discovered it when I was replacing the vent cap and there was condensation all over it. I sealed around the pipe, installed the new vent cap, and dicor'ed all around that.
Hmmm, I suspect my 2015 8281WS is probably the same then, since so similar to your 8280WS.
I'm not clear exactly where you're talking about, but I guess this is where the vent pipe goes up through the roof, and you're referring to the in-roof ducting ?
Did either of you do sealing from inside the roof-space, using foam-filler etc ?
Any clarification would be greatly appreciated, since I'm wanting to improve the A/C effectiveness any way I can for our summer road-trip.
Thanks in advance

First things first, the Keyless RV Lock is kick ass. We've had it for a week and have been able to let a friend in without us around by just giving her the code and not worrying about her losing a key. Same with the daughter- she can unlock the door and I don't have to worry about the number of keys she'll loose. The remote key fob is nice, too.

I'm trying to figure out if I like the Oxygenics showerhead. The original Oxygenics would take crappy water pressure and make you believe it was good water pressure. This new one doesn't work nearly as well in that capacity. BUT- once I did bump up the water pressure to the camper (adjusted my water pressure regulator), it really did give a nice shower. So... still holding out judgement on that one.

I also flipped through our book, So You Want to be an RVer. I was actually fairly impressed by it. Could be a good book for RV newbies (who are also book learners) and for those who want to be.

Had to replace my batteries, after 4 years they just wouldn't hold a good charge. Went to Napa and got the deep cell batteries. I have those light sensors on my starlights and they turned red twice on me telling me my voltage was under 12.0. I can't bring my landing gear up that low. Hope these deep cells work out well, they are heavy to change out, at least for my O.A. Just about 100% of the time I'm plugged in. When I put my wizard to 14.4 they would work but don't like to have to do that. Still got to get back to Virginia from Florida. Now the big question is watch the weather. Stay Safe everyone.

Got the call that warranty work is none and it's ready for pickup! I was guessing it'd be late March before they finished, but only 3 1/2 weeks! Not too bad.
Happy camping all!

What did you do to your camper today?

Ordered two new stinky slinkys, a y fitting, two sidewinders, two clear 45 degree unions, and the portable black stone griddle.

Also confirmed with Sandpiper that mine does not have a slide selector valve.

Hoping to get the Progressive hard wired unit installed in the next few days.

Parked the 5er for at least 3 months. Tired of camping for a while. 22Nov thru 22Feb is enough for a while!

Actually it could make perfect sense. When I dropped the camper off there was work to be done, but now that they finished that work, the work is NONE . 😁🍻😜🇺🇸
