What did you do to your camper today?
Not as close as I thought it would be coming out!
Since the second air wasn't on when I put it away!
Glad the entrance slopes away!
Garage door opening is 13'
Height to the top of second a/c 13' 4" [emoji6]

Lol it wouldn't have! But my drive slopes away just enough that the a/c lowers about 7"
Just after it cleared it came back up!

Watched my good ole buddy add upper overloads to his 3500HD. He just cannot pass up any ad that says bigger and better. I stopped him before he exited the garage. Still have a smirk on my face...

What did you do to your camper today?
Put a half a tube of Dicor on the roof in the back corner of the Flaggstaff and then got ready to take the other one out next time I get back to Florida

That's close! I have been worried about our new shop and camper. New shop will have a 20x14 door. Looks like the approach (based on grading) won't be too bad, but I am still thinking about it. Also thinking the shop should be bigger. 30x50 looks small when just looking at the grading work!

When we signed the contract with Morton we had a 36' DP. That was August. Lots of weather and design delays (by me) later, and we now have an unplanned 5th wheel. The 30x50 seemed huge for the DP and the race car trailer. With the new 5th wheel, the size just seems small! I purposely went 50' deep in case we ever went bigger. The grading just looks small!
In the delays, we added the "porch". The idea was to store the trailer under the porch and have an indoor batting center for my son and his baseball team when needed. Given the new camper, I'm glad I added the porch, but don't think our original indoor batting center will work out like we planned due to the length of the new one. Given the extra length and the articulation (compared to the old DP), it could limit our ability to put it in the back corner. We will still have the ability to park virtually any RV we will own indoors and that is what we were going for.
Edit to add....
30x50 building dimensions with 16' interior height. 20x14 door. The "porch" is 12'x50'.
We are very fortunate and thankful for what we are able to build!

Today I finished the Murphy Bed frame repair. Last trip out we discovered one of the weld joints on the MB aluminum frame had broken. Still under warranty but nearest FR dealer is two hr. away, so with FR approval I removed the frame and took to a local welding shop with the ok to get all the joints beefed up to prevent a second occurrence. Would be $600 and they really didn't want to do the job, so I went home and did the repair myself with mending plates and screws over all the joints.
A lot of work, but the finished product IMO is much better than when it left the factory. Was also able to improve the hinge that allows for raising the MB up against the front wall. The factory had missed the aluminum bar that they had intended to put the screws into, so the screws were only into the thin paneling. All the plywood and paneling is back together with screws, when it left the factory it was held together with glue and staples.
On to the next project, with a tt, there is always a "next project"............

I think I have a broken MB frame too. How did you notice it? On ours the paneling/trim was coming loose under the right side head of the bed, the part you would see right behind the top of the sofa. It was hard to inspect the frame without taking a whole bunch of it apart.
As it is now I need some of that wood grain tape to go over the seam I had to tear apart. Having problem finding 1 inch, wood grained tape that matches the cherry finish in our 2306.
BTW, did you put mirror in the top of the bed frame?

First noticed it when the bed was up, about midway up, on the left edge of the paneling, the paneling was bulging out. I could push the paneling back in, but was obvious what was causing it.
Yes, I added the mirror, its just one of the $5 door mirrors from WM. Had to remove the side frame pieces for it to fit. We like what it adds to the trailer, plus it works perfect for allowing my wife to see whats on the tv which is behind her when she's sitting at the table. After removing the side frame pieces and was ready to install, it cracked as I was carrying it to the trailer. The heavy paper backing kept it together so I applied clear shipping tape over it for a temp. fix until I can get another mirror. Just haven't gotten around to it yet, always something else to do.

Hey, thanks for the info! Our camper is going on it's 4th season with us so any FR warrantee is over. We bought some kind of extended plan (not through FR) but don't know exactly what it covers. Now I have to find the paperwork and read the fine print. Stuff like that is ALL fine print don't ya know. Also don't want to give up the camper for a month sitting at whatever place we could get it fixed at. I might be doing exactly what you had to do. Looks like a LOT of screws and disassembly. I just got done last fall fixing a broken weld on the dinette. Sheesh.
