Got rid of the stock 1.25 receiver and fabbed a cross member out of 6 feet of 4x4" .25 square tubing. I added 3 2" receiver tubes. The center of course is to haul my 5x10 flat trailer with the golf cart. The two outer receivers are for a motorcycle carrier I built. I just need to remount my back up LED spot lights and some paint. I'll try to add a finished pic tomorrow.

I'm going to show my ignorance here.

Will the awning clear the top of the slide? If it is fully extended, will it rub on the top of the slide?

Another point is that a slide topper won't be needed, just let the awning out about 4'. It won't even need to be tied down!

Much like others this time of year... Pulled the batteries out of the work shop (on a battery tender all winter) and reinstalled them in the trailer...soon it will be time to bring "her" home for a good cleaning!

Washed and waxed it today. Got the black streaks off and my OCD kicked in and even pulled all the marker lenses off and cleaned the gunk out of them..

Greased the axles, dewinterized the water system, started cleaning, replaced a damaged drawer guide that was broken winterizing last fall and fired up the fridge yesterday.. Finished cleaning today, started loading gear and food, made a grocery list, got some clothes put in, lawn chairs, cast iron pot and pans, picked up a tire wrench and threw it in..

Getting ready for our maiden trip of the year next weekend - if it doesn't snow!!

Got her out of storage yesterday. I managed to get the the roof cleaned and toilet paper holder installed. Also vacuumed the mouse poop up. Tomorrow I hope to put the protectant on the roof.

It does slightly hit the top of kitchen slide but I am getting a pool noodle in black to put in the top to prevent it from ripping
