Like to never got it out, SO, had to take the tires off the old 2000 18 hp with a blown motor and put the turf tires on the old one and the knobbies on the new one. Now to make a front bumper and add a trailer hitch for the rear so I can put a 2" ball in it and move Mardy's trailer around. As the boys say, have to "Dunnize" it so it is more versatile.

BTW, changing (4) 10" tires is a REAL BIT**! Too bad Cub Cadet didn't put lug nuts on the new one like the old one.
Pulled the old Cub Cadet with the blown motor out by the highway @ 4:50 pm today and @ 5:08 pm a man pulled up, looked it over and loaded it in the back of his pickup truck, said Thank you very much and was gone by 5:30 pm. He lifted the front end up and sat the wheels on the tailgate, walked around to the back and lifted the rear end and rolled it into the bed. Wouldn't want to meet him in an alley. That dude was strong!

Had my father-in-law over and did some work together on the camper:

- Checked on an issue with the back bathroom toilet leaking. Tried tightening up a hose connection, have toilet paper wrapped around to see if it fixes this.

- Replaced all of the drawer slides in the bunkhouse.

- Fixed strut on storage hatch. Unfortunately he poked thru the door twice.

- Hung a make up mirror for my wife and took down a towel hook. Still need to plan out a pretty solution for securing it for travel.

- Added a hook & loop lock for the back bathroom.

- Replaced like 10 lights inside.

- Fixed my central vac (because of our dang wookie-ness!).

- Drilled and permanently mounted a rail for my son; it used to fall down when he would lean too hard on it.

- Started wiring up LED lights for a play area under the bunks.

- Pulled my son's bunk screen down to replace the screen.

AND, we camped! Cooked on the grill and hung out around the fire.

I brought mine home from dealer for the last of the warranty work, now need a warm day to clean inside and out, wash and wax, detail outside.

Vacuum and mop inside and wood polish on wood.

Swap brackets for Anderson WDH now that I have the F350, want to completely reset hitch and wire loom all wires in front so everything is tidy.

We brought it to Branson MO to spend a week with my parents.

New hitch performed to expectations.

Overnighted in a gravel parking lot next to a Shoney's in TN. Never did that before and it was interesting to say the least.

Got here and unhooked with no issues, except when I hooked up the water and found that the low point drain cap wasn't closed up all the way. OH BOY, I called my dad in a panic before I stopped and looked. I though it had broken in the belly of the trailer somewhere.

DH broke a cabinet door closing a slide without looking to see if everything was closed in the kitchen, I was chasing a water leak, so I didn't think to warn him that the doors were open. My dad thinks he can fix it with some wood glue and clamps.... and I know that if that won't fix it, he will remake it.

What did you do to your camper today?

Picked up a 32" TV for outdoor entertainment last night at Costco. Will be getting the GoStik mount for it to hang outside.

Today I ordered the EEZTire TPMS 8 sensor system.

Put my hitch back in the truck. I re-torqued all of the bolts on it and was pretty surprised at how loose the upright arms were; but unsurprising as I've never checked them. Also greased the jaws.

DW put some baskets on the bunk ladder to organize things a bit....

DW told me the generator could not be run until I installed a Gen-Turi. So...

Also, reorganized the storage compartments - getting ready to go to Shawnee State Park, PA Thursday after work.

Installed MorRyde Easy Reel Spooler. Also added the fence post holder for the sewer hose. My son got me some IBeam hangers and those worked great. Got enough room for 3 but only had one post. Got 2 more ordered. Hoping to get a ladder that will fit in one and maybe use the other one for fishing poles.

Also put on my TST507 sensors on the trailer. Moved them from our old TT.

Also DW got it all loaded up with dishes and everything else inside. Got our first trip planned for this weekend and can't wait to get it out and start enjoying it.

I gotta get the fence post installed before Memorial Day weekend. Thanks for the reminder!

Your post also directed me towards the cord reel. That could go on the list too! Thanks!

What did you do to your camper today?

Ordered the GoStik suction cup TV mount and a water pressure regulator.

UPS / FedEx / USPS will love me this week.

Oh yeah. Also built a pivoting PVC towel rack for 8 beach towels. Will pivot to flat for easy travel. The CFO likes it.

Just posted a write-up on the mod I did to connect the kitchen/galley tank drain to the front bathroom drain, as promised last week.

http://www.forestriverforums.com/for...in-107840.html

Hope it's useful to someone.

Also hooked up the mount I bought from Amazon for attaching my Furrion back-up/observation camera monitor to the rearview mirror.

Elemart Universal Smartphone Holders Bracket

I found the original suction-cup to be unreliable, occasionally falling off.
I did start designing my own mount, to get 3D-printed, but knew that I wouldn't have time to get it completed before our next trip, so found this one.
I'm pretty happy with it so far. I've set it to only partially block the rear-view mirror, while not encroaching too much on the forward view.

At first I had the clamp blocking the light sensor on the mirror, thus causing the mirror to be permanently dimmed, but I moved it a little, and it's in a good spot now.
