trying to take the pane out the way it is, is a pain. Velcro is holding so good was afraid I would snap the Plexiglas when I took it off, looking for something to seal it up next time I go to Lowe's

By your pics, it looks like the same velcro (Lowes/HD). As said, I used it all the way around and when I need to remove them, I just get a corner started and apply gentle outward pressure along with running a finger along the velcro. Don't go too fast. That velcro is rough and can "chafe" your fingers.

Lubed the slide rails and put a water softener solution in the black tank.
