When we first got it the dealer had the batteries wired wrong, we drove for 5 hours until at a stop I corrected the problem, we haven't gone longer than that, everything was cold and the freezer stuff was still frozen.

Good... on a trip now but when we get back it's getting replaced before the next one. Still trying to figure out where to put generator or more batteries. V-nose and I'm leery about loading up the back bumper.

Not necessarily- I have a fulltiming friend who switched to residential for his fridge. He didn't do anything for an inverted and has no travel issues. Everything stays good and cold.
He also traveled with propane off when he had the RV fridge.

Didn't get factory tinted windows so we had a window tint company come out and apply some residential film today.

We selected ASWF Nature 10 which has 9% light transmission and 75% solar energy rejection. This film also has outstanding visual clarity as well. Our storage location spacing doesn't allow very good exterior pix. I will work on that next trip out.

Installed the hard wire Pi ems unit.
There was enough slack in the shore feed, I pulled an extra 3 feet out of the floor!!
Easy, but could they not just make the box a couple inches bigger!!!

We are loading up for 11 days at R Shaffer Heard... leaving tomorrow morning... about a 2.5 hour drive. Thank the Lord for the rain today. It gave me an excuse to take a brake and cooled it off... making the loading process a little more bearable.

Brand New Owner
We've had our Flagstaff A Frame for less than a week. We made the modification suggested in another thread about lifting the bench seat from the side of the bench by the door instead of in the front under the table. No biggie - moved 2 plastic hinges. We're going to cut a strip of denim and staple it to the underside as a lift handle instead of the hole they originally did on the front - it kinda cuts your finger when you lift it up. Cloth should be easier. So right now just working on making it homey and packed with the necessities. I'm sure it will take a few trips to get it just right. Learning so much from all of you!

Went out to check on Sandpiper and an alarm was screaming. Opened door and propane smell was Very strong. Turned off tanks and, removed hose. Let it air out for two dsys. Started at stove, then water heater. On to furnace, checked all fittings with soapy solution and torqued all fittings. Found no leaks. Inspected hoses, nothing. Must have been loose fitting where hose connects to tank.
Any one else have any ideas about cause? Thanks.

Are your tanks inside or outside. It is heavier than air and could creep in from under neath. If no more smell you should be good. If it is still there, examine the line for a crack.

Tanks are in forward compartment and open at bottom. Haven't smell again. I was heating H2O with propane, can it leak when not burning? It looks like everything is vented outside.

It should not leak with out burning. Maybe a valve temp. stayed open a little and left some out. My tank is in a comp. but open on the bottom and sometimes I can smell it. Checked and no leaks. Nothing ever inside though.

I swapped out all my marker light bulbs to led replacements. It takes a 194. The LEDs are much brighter. I did the tail lights a week ago. Will be installing a 15x6 sun shade on the awning this weekend. Florida summer and sun has been brutal. Lol.
