Bummer. We have one more trip planned - Oct 6-10 - then it will be winterize time for me.

Phew. Changed all four tires from the Castle Rocks to my new Maxxis E's. I noticed while rolling the old ones around prior to dismounting them that they were generally not round or flat across the tread. Not sure if more lamination issues or just bad, but I'm glad they're gone. Installed dynabeads for balance in all including the spare.
Then I completed the install of the shore power box. Now I don't have to run the gen set when I want to work in the camper at home.
Finally, I completely meth'd it out. DW likes sleeping in. She was not happy with the OEM shades inability to keep out light. All the windows are now reflectixed. (She usually sleeps on the sofa bed because of her arm surgery recovery.)
Oh. I weighed the propane tank I'd been running on and found it nearly empty so I switched to the other tank and refilled the first one.

Now I guess I'll start looking for potential voltage drops along the brake system. I know it's solid to the junction box on the hitch.
I'm seriously considering upgrading to electric over hydraulic disc brakes.

I installed 6 disc on my toy hauler and it makes a lot of difference. don't have to adjust the brakes every 1500 to 2000 miles. I would it again, on a new trailer.

Where did you get the locks? Do they seem to be secure?

Well since I just put them in, I don't know. They seem to be secure and in-temperamental. I will have to let you know.

They seem secure. Our key to the storage were terrible and hard to use. We put a keyless/key fob lock on the door so we could leave the TT without a key and worry about loosing it or if our daughter needed to get in easily.

On-going Repairs/Upgrades
I finished up replacing my defective converter yesterday. Started to have dealer replace it but my Extended Warranty has a $100.00 deductible on it and the converter only cost $145 so I decided to save the 300 mile round trip to the dealer and just replace it myself.
I also installed new Progressive Industries EMS-HW50C surge protector to replace a TRC 34740 which had to be connected every time we setup camping. The EMS-HW50C is hardwired and safer and more secure than the portable TRC unit.

Stuck rocker switch
Well this was a real surprize, my stabilizer rocker switch stuck in the extend position. Where I park my trailer at home is a pretty good sloop going to the rear. So when I level it. It is really only dropped by the front landing legs about a foot. After I leveled I manually picked up my rear 2 auto level rams. No use having them down to weather. So Then I went to extend my rear electrical Stabilizers. In the picture you will see how it only bent the two inside brackets not the legs. I'm sure If OC (Neil Dunn) and his son didn't reinforce my main two legs it would have cost me 500.00 for a new Stabilizer. What surprises me that it didn't blow the breaker or maybe it did but I need to replace that switch soon. So Thank You OC.

Thanks for the kind words, I should have made new brackets out of 3/4" pipe also, but didn't have any at the time. My bad.

This compartment comes with a solid back, so a hole of any size can be cut.....I made the hole just big enough to slip the switch thru from the back side, turned on it's side, so no need to do any wiring or cutting and splicing of wires

Removed and disassembled the sofa bed. Found out the drawer slides had failed. Picked up a new set at the 'Po for $12. While riveting them in place and re-installing the drawer, I found that the slider mounts were about 1/4" too wide. That's why the OEM failed. Removed the drawer again and slotted the mounting tabs on one side. Works perfectly now.
While in there I noticed that the furniture shop used rivets that are too long and actually interfere with the jack knife operation. I replaced them when I replaced the sliders.
Otherwise nothing really wrong with the sofa bed. Just really cheaply built. (All single shear) I added some Velcro straps at the back to allow it to stay upright during travel. Hopefully they work.

Camping this weekend. Cleaned and organized the small storage bay. Put away the BBQ and smoker from yesterdays and tonight's meal.
Now a camp fire. !!!

Send the 4 strap supports down and I will add some angle iron reinforcements to the inside of them so they won't bend again.
