Washed the trailer today, cleaned up from our 25 day trip. While washing I notice the awning rail track for the bedroom Topper was loose. Fixed this, the original install had the anti-billow mechanism mounted wrong, actually stopped and bent the track up. Pulled out the gimp, screwed the track back on and sealed. Moved the anti billow so it doesn't hit any longer. The screws also broke off on the hex shaft on both ends, used secondary holed and added 2 screws.

Hay B&B weren't you just posting on the forum that the robertson screws never break and were invented in Canada? Maybe it was another of your frigid Country men?.... You have to tough to live and survive the Northern boarder.

On our last trip whenever I dumped the tanks I got the smell of sewer gas in the living area of the RV. After closing the dump valves the smell went away after awhile. After checking traps to be sure they had water in them I traced the smell to under the island sink. When I opened the doors under the island the smell hit me. The auto vent on the drain pipe was leaking vapor, shouldn't do that. Went to Home Depot and bought two vents, one to replace the bad vent and another to replace the vent under the lavatory in the bathroom. The vents supplied by FR can be had for less than $4.00 on the internet, the vents I bought at HD were $19.00 & change, much heavier and better built. Also had to buy a couple of 2" X 1-1/2" reducer fittings to attach to the existing 1-1/2" drain lines. The first picture is the old vent, 2nd picture is new vent with fitting reducer and the 3rd picture is the vent installed under the kitchen island.

Earlier this week we cleaned the coach after our beach trip and did a good end of summer cleaning in the interior. I'm soaking the black tanks as we speak. Lubing the slide out mechanisms and hitting the slid out seals with 303. Will put on some roof conditioner /protection next weekend. Next trip is October so we have a little down time for some RV tlc.

That's a good wax, if you keep doing that it will stay looking new....
