Finally fixed a small but persistent "leak by" in my shower gray tank dump valve. Dealership had made an attempt... told me the valve was OK... said there must have been construction debris in it. BUT it kept leaking. When I got to it, I found that the center wire of the valve cable lacked about 1/4" to 1/2" having enough travel to close the valve fully. The old boy is sore from crawling underneath the trailer and to the center to make the fix. I went under there too many times - you know, you never have the right tool nor a 12 year old kid to work the dump cable lever while you diagnose.

Camped in Myrtle Beach last weekend, heading to Western Maryland tomorrow for the weekend. This will be our first time camping without a city water hookup.

If it were my DW, it sure won't be extra case of beers, steaks or man-size foods. It will probably be more veggies, salads, fruit...

If that was just a wash, I'd cringe. Wash and wax? If they do a good job it's worth every bloody penny. I waxed mine last year and I'll need to do it again in Spring, I'm not looking forward to that, at all.

It's for a wash + wax. Figuring that a) I'd do a crappy job. b) I don't have time for it. c) I don't have any interest in doing it. I think I'll likely just pay the guys to do it.

That reminds me, I need to call them when I wake back up to schedule it for Monday (sadly, after the Fulltime Families "NOT Back To School" rally- so I don't get to show off a pretty rig).
